I missed this yesterday, but San Carlos schools are putting a parcel tax on the ballot it looks like. This was from yesterday's paper. Sorry I missed it, they do pile up you know. $184/parcel. This is the last week that things can get placed on the ballot, hence the flurry of activity.
It is tough for one Watch Dog to keep track of all the activity. I will do my best.
