A Millbrae man is going to jail for 2 years for "sexting" to a minor. (Yes, we wrote "sexting.")

You might remember this story: two folks at the Roti in Burlingame stole credit card numbers and, using a third accomplice, used them at a Safeway to buy stuff. The third member of the brain trust, Iris Singh, was sentenced to two years.

The Palo Alto Utilities Commission will be expanded from five members to seven members. Perhaps they can ramp up their oversight as well?
