Morning News Round-up --11.05.09: Evidence has legs

What's a Burlingame city council meeting without a political fixture like Rosalie O'Mahony? We'll know soon enough. Bye, bye Rosalie.

On the Coastside, elections officials are still counting ballots, which won’t matter for any race except perhaps the Granada Sanitary District where this crap matters.

If you can't beat them, join (the state) in lamenting their money woes.

Double whammy for San Carlos… it's always about money.

And Sharp Park is best left as a golf course, with some leg room, according to Chronicle columnist C.W. Nevius. Golfer?

Authorities raided two homes packed with young children, crack cocaine and a handgun…as Bob Cooke, a special agent with the state Attorney General's Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement, put it: ”evidence has legs."

And now for some good news

Dogs get a little more freedom in San Mateo? A tired dog, is a happy owner.

Paul McAdoo, the 86-year-old Menlo Park man who was missing for nearly three weeks, was found safe in Daly City. Welcome home!
