Caltrain coming after some extra quarters...

Your trusty local paper had a story today about Caltrain Board considering raising rates today. Read it for yourself. It would seem that if you take Caltrain, you are going to take it even if the rates go up. Right? It isn't like $5 gallons of gas push people back in to their cars.
