The race for Menlo Park City Council took an interesting turn.Councilmember John Boyle is endorsing a challenger for Council, Richard Ciardella, over his current colleagues Andy Cohen and Kelly Fergusson.
It would seem to set the stage for a contentious relationship on the Council, but that's just Watch Dog's take.
