Morning News Round-up --12.04.09: Watch out for Peeping Shon

Highway 1 re-opened after a 12-year-old boy was hit by a vehicle while riding a bike across the highway at Moss Beach. The highway was shut down to all traffic. Be careful, people.

Erick Romeo Morales, 29, the extradited Long Island man who was accused of participating in the death of a Daly City teen eight years, ago pleaded not guilty to murder charges.
